Though prior to that I already did a research about weightloss, exercise, diet, and I even joined to other weightloss group. Yet I couldn't find and feel the motivation to start in the first place. I always postpone it. Then one day, I feel something different in me that I get so anxious about my health. My blood pressure went high, like 140/90 and 160/100. I also have this GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) which causes palpitations and other discomforts in me. It made me even think that I have heart disease. It terrifies me especially that my children are still young. I often caught myself overthinking. I tell you, it's not easy to handle it. It will consume you, your peace and happiness. It was a torture. Then one day, lo and behold, as I scrolled my Facebook I saw this group which sis Xy is promoting and mentioning. ( By the way we were friends back in the days in my personal FB account. We even have inbox conversations.) So when I got the chance to see her post, I am reminded of her journey which was truly commendable! Right there, I feel that sense of motivation to start and that I want to give the journey a try. Yes!!! I finally found the guts to try. Thank you! I thank God for leading me the way. It's been a year already (16 months to be exact) since I decided to take the road. Sometimes, I am consumed with slacking off but my body has this "automatic warning device" that reminds me. I am reminded that in order for me to give something more, I have to take care of myself. Thus, the words self care and self love. Right now, I feel much better. I may not be slender and fit but I feel way stronger and healthier than before. I am forever thankful to this group. Sis Xy and company thank you very much. I am thankful to Thee for the sustaining grace. God is good all the time. All the time He is good. God bless us all.

Sobrang taba ko 75kg na. Ayan na po ako ngayon. Sobrang saya sa pakiramdam. 66kg na lang po ako as of today Goal weight ko is 57kg malayo pa pero malayo na sa dating ako. Hello po Coach! Ang pangit ko po dati haha that time po as in nahihiya ako mag pic coach may nag snap pic lang nito. Salamat po coach Xy, tamang basa lng naman ako ng mga tips sa page mo po search na rin and nag iimbento ng mga healthy diet pero I follow po talaga dun sa tips link na binigay mo sakin nung begginer. I started sa page mo po 87.8 kls ako pero umabot ako ng 90 kls before naka join ako sa page mo totoo po saka enenjoy ko lng po yung na ako strict sa diet po. Sa ngaun I'm enjoying food na po pero controlled less fasting na ako po eat and burn namamaintain ko po ung 56 kls super thank u Coach Xy actually po one thing na nakahelp sakin most is yung page mo nakahanap ako ng community na d ako nababash na naiintindihan ako big help kasi dati mabilis ako ma depress po sa bully words 'til nakikita ko sa page mo mas may worst pa sakin. Hello po Coach. Nag improved naman po yung katawan ko nung nasa group niyo na po ako. Kasi dun po ako nakakabasa na ng mga nag wowork out na nag didiet. Mas lalo po akong natuto paano gawing balance ang diet at workout kahit na simple at the same time nasa bahay lang din ako. Kung dati e nasa isip ko po basta pumayat ako ok na ako. Mali po pala yung mindset na yun. Kasi kita ko po yung kaibahan sa naging transformations ko sa ngayon compared dati.Kung dati tingin sa kin galing ako sa sakit, ngayon lagi sinasabi sa kin bloooming daw po ako at ano daw po ang sekreto ko at nagmukhang bata daw po ako than my age. I got serious when I saw your group because I thought exercising alone was enough, but it turns out I need a CD (fitness instructor). Consistency and discipline are the key. I was diagnosed with hypertension 4 months ago. Tapos ang taas ng triglycerides ko. Kaya ayun, mas deeper ang reason kung bakit gusto pumayat. Hindi ko kaya mag "no rice diet", calorie deficit ang ginawa ko. Hindi ako nagmomonitor ng timbang pero grabe yung mga short ko ang luluwag na. Tapos size 27-28 na ang kasya sakin. Dati 30-31 ayunn, pumayat na nga! Thanks Xy, tahimik lang ako nakikisabay sa fasting.

After how many years of frustrations of losing weight without any luck, sumuko na ako magpapayat. Tinaggap ko nang mataba na talaga ako. Then pandemic came, and dahil walang magawa dahil sa lockdowns, sinabi ko sa sarili ko i will give it a try again. I tried Calorie deficit diet. Then one of my college friend April Baltazar saw my posts trying to lose weight, she PM me and told me about this group page na nakatulong daw sa kanya to lose weight. So i find this page and unang una ko ginawa is read read read all the notes na nakalagay sa GUIDES. Sobrang nainspire ako kay coach XY na from being obesse nagawa nya maglose weight and become an inspiration to so many people. Actually yun ang nag motivate sa akin to do the same. I want to inspire other people too to become a better version of themselves. As a public inspirational speaker myself sa dating company ko, i found this as a stepping stone to go back and inspire people again, hindi na nga lang about business and life, but about health naman and self love. So through this group page, i found what diet suits me very well. What exercises i can do. I learned alot of things through the experiences of the group. And so from 82 kilos, i lose a total of 26 kilos my lowest weight was 56 kilos and I am 5'6" in height. I follow coach Xy guides in Low Carb Diet and 16:8 IF. I used Emi Wong and Chloe Ting as guides in my exercises. Kung hindi naishare itong page na ito sa akin ng friend ko, cguro its another failure again to me. Pero dahil sa page na ito, i was inspired to work hard, to push harder and believe that i can do it too

Coach Xy! I just wanna thank you for the life-transforming 6-week journey with you! It’s actually an answered prayer kasi hirap ako maging consistent with different weight loss methods on my own. But with you, i found an accountability partner, i did not feel judged hehe everytime i fail to do some tasks but you have been a very effective encourager. Words have power indeed, and your words have helped me believe in myself and continue. I lost 6kgs in 6 weeks but i felt i also lost inches esp around my waist, arms and thighs I get to wear clothes i feel like wearing and i feel more confident and empowered. I enjoyed the journey so i will continue what we’ve started hanggang mareach ang dream weight —- 3kgs to go na lang. You are truly a blessing to us.
